Early 2025 Reflections
It's been a while since my last update (2025 has been more than anyone expected it to be).
The whole point of this blog was to give me some space to reflect on the all of the work I've been putting into the Kardnl project, so I'm going to make a measured effort to step back and reflect. Despite all of the goals I have for myself, I need to appreciate all of the work I've done so far and where I am as a person and creative right now.
Alright recap of 2025:
- DJ
- I've DJed four times so far! The highlight is undoubtably playing at Jupiter Disco, my favorite venue in all of New York City. We also had our first "Golden Hour Grooves" party, a melodic house event that I put on and coordinated myself at Mad Tropical. We had a quick open decks at TBA Brooklyn and a B2B with a great artist and friend Softsky (you should definitely check out his stuff) at Hi-Note (link below).
- I also have my Melodic House Set 3 coming up with EIGHT IDs of unreleased music. Buckle up!
- Production
- I won't share this out too much, so thanks for digging through the blog, but I have an EP in the works. I hope I can say this phrase forever, but I'm making my favorite and best music of my career. It's shaping up to be a four track piece of work and I will share with labels if they can help with spread/distribution. I can't wait to share it all, but it's moving in a way I've always wanted to sound.
- Direction
- Overall, the back half of 2025 is looking REALLY good. I'm happy to keep making connections with other creatives, keep being inspired, and also prep for my WEDDING IN OCTOBER!

Life is good and the only improvement would be more time to make music.
Thank you for reading and I'll give you more updates soon. Let me know if you want me to cover anything in particular at management@kardnl.com.

Little reward for those peaking around, a little sneak peak of some stuff I've been working on. Here's my remix of Sailor Song that I'll be playing out this year.
Thanks again and enjoy the journey
